Pattison Pastoral
We are Matt and Hayley Pattison and we grow quality beef cattle on our property ‘Minmi’ near Burraboi, 60kms North-West of Deniliquin NSW running our stud and raising our three young children.
We were both born into cattle farming families, Matt from Wagga Wagga, and Hayley from Bathurst. Fittingly we met at the Wagga Wagga Saleyards.
The romance blossomed and as our wedding gift we received 15 stud Poll Herefords from Hayley’s parents. The establishment of Pattison Poll Herefords makes us 4th generation stud Poll Hereford producers.
